Membership in the Powell River Council for Arts & Culture (PRCAC) is open to everyone and encouraged, whether as an artist, artisan, art group or a member of the community. In today’s intense competition for available art and culture funding, membership numbers count significantly in that it demonstrates to funding organizations that the group is supported by the community.
