Dancing, whether it is in a group or one of the schools, is a great way to exercise both the mind and spirit. If just fun is what you’re looking for then the choices include clogging, Scottish dancing and square dancing. Should you be more serious about this art form or want your children to experience it, then there are two schools of dance from which to choose.

Originally started in Wales and England, clogging is a type of folk dance in which the dancer's footwear is used percussively by striking the heel, the toe, or both, against a floor or each other to create audible rhythms. As the clogging style has evolved over the years, many localities have made contributions by adding local steps and rhythms to the style. (Excerpted from Wikipedia)
