The Clansman Pipe Band has been serving the Powell River community for more than forty years with a mission to continue the rich cultural heritage of Pipe Bands in Powell River. Their School of Piping provides free, weekly piping and drumming lessons.

The Community Band has, for the most part, been part of the Powell River musical scene since the first one was established in 1913. The Band plays light classics, show tunes, marches and popular medleys at events throughout the year with fund-raising concerts in the Spring and Fall.
The One Voices is a member of the Ubuntu Choirs Network, which in Zulu means 'I am because we are.' Although each member choir has its own unique style, there is a common thread that binds them all together. After singing in the founding choir of the network, and later training with its choir directors, Shivon Robinsong and Denis Donnelly chose to introduce this style of group singing to Powell River.
Powell River Chorus
Established in 1955, the Powell River Chorus has been delighting audiences with their music ever since. Their Christmas Concert and Wassail (a festivity or revel with drinking of health) is a seasonal favourite.
