A week-long event with blackberries everywhere, there is something for everyone.

The Festival kicks off with Arts Alive in the Park and blackberry games at the Farmers’ market held at the Exhibition Fairgrounds.

Through the week there are contests, Blackberry Short Cake delivered to businesses by volunteers from the Townsite Heritage Society, a wine and cheese party on Wednesday and a huge street party on Friday. The week ends with the Powell River 4th Annual Studio Tour.
