Instructions for Posting to the Community Calendar
Entering Details & a Location

  1. Type a description of the event; there is no need for brevity. To enter a website link for a poster or something special use the format to the right.
  2. Type in the contact person for event as well as a phone number and email (optional)
     
  3. Click the small arrow to see if the location for the event is already listed. If not enter the name of the facility and address including a cross street eg 1234 Joyce near Alberni.
  4. Enter a website address for more information.

Including a website link:

Highlight and copy the string below from <a to </a>and replace the red text with your information.

Please do not use announce and remind out of courtesy to the other users who may not wish to get numerous emails.
