Activities include bush craft, first aid, survival, pipe band, citizenship, rifle safety, abseil, and map and compass. Canada Fitness and Duke of Edinburgh Award Programs. Open to all youth aged 12-18 years who are physically fit. Senior Cadets are eligible for foreign exchange trips.

Provides services for veterans and their children and grandchildren, youth activities and sports, as well as scholarships and bursaries.  Darts, shuffleboard, crib, bridge, bingo and carpet bowling.  Dancing and barbeques on special evenings. Visiting Legion members and guests welcome.

Lounge Hours: 12:00 pm  - 1:00 am daily.

Activities include sailing, sports, rifle range and safety, camping, survival, first aid, ship model making, Duke of Edinburgh Award Program, geocacheing, summer trade courses at national sea cadet camps, cruises aboard Naval and Coast Guard vessels, seamanship, and citizenship. Young men and women 12-19 years. Cadets aged 16 and older and officers may apply for foreign exchange programs.
